Job summary

Wellby is seeking a HubSpot Operations Specialist to manage and optimize HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations hubs) onsite in Webster, TX. You will configure, support, and enhance the platform, ensure data quality, create dashboards, and support governance initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementation projects led by the HubSpot Administrator or partners. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years CRM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Experience supporting data quality initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot.
• Configure forms, lists, workflows, properties, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide end-user support and onboarding for HubSpot users.
• Develop user documentation and process guides.
• Promote HubSpot governance and best practices across the organization.
