Job summary

UPS Sweden Aktiebolag seeks a capable supervisor to manage package handlers and drive safety, production, and attendance. You’ll set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and communication, while fostering a collaborative workforce across levels.

You will train staff, support continuous improvement, and ensure orientation and coaching for ongoing development in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train package handlers to uphold safety and productivity.
• Lead to ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and accuracy.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
