The role emphasizes safety compliance, team leadership, and ongoing personnel development, with flexibility for shift schedules and a focus on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. (32 kg)
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred
