AutoZone is seeking a Hub Coordinator to oversee hub operations, lead teams of Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers, and ensure efficient, safe workflow across our distribution centers. You will monitor performance metrics, drive improvements, and support store partners with scheduling and inventory accuracy.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage training and development, and uphold high standards for order fulfillment and customer service.

• Team Leadership & Development — Support and train Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Drivers to ensure understanding of processes and policies.
• Effective Communication — Partner with Hub Store Managers and Inventory Managers to optimize scheduling, staffing, and efficiency.
• Process-Oriented Operations — Monitor workflow and hub scorecards to consistently meet 98% order fill rate.
• Collaboration & Support — Coordinate with teammates to stock parts, process returns, and keep merchandise in designated areas.
• Metric-Driven Decision Making — Analyze delivery performance, attendance trends, and maintenance reports to improve efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance — Maintain a safe environment by enforcing PPE standards and proper equipment operation.
• Customer & Inventory Management — Use systems to help customers locate parts, find alternatives, and improve service levels.
