Job summary

AutoZone's Hub Delivery Driver role in Levittown, NY offers a fast-paced, customer-focused path. You will drive company vehicles to transport parts safely to AutoZone stores and commercial customers, while supporting store operations and promoting excellent customer service.

No CDL required; you'll work with a team, follow structured delivery processes, perform daily vehicle checks, restock merchandise, assist DIY customers in store between deliveries, and stay informed about current promotions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver?s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to AutoZone stores and commercial customers on schedule.
• Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries, locating merchandise and providing product knowledge.
• Maintain daily vehicle checklists and keep the vehicle clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies, fleet PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transportation.
• Process returns and restock merchandise from route deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Stay informed about current promotions through AutoZone systems and assist customers accordingly.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
