Responsibilities

• WOW! Customer Service & Communication: Exceed expectations with friendly, professional service during deliveries and build strong customer relationships.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to maintain smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation: Follow structured delivery processes, ensuring on-time routes and adherence to fleet safety guidelines.
• Timely Deliveries: Drive company vehicles to transport parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores; maintain documentation for each delivery.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety policies, PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transportation.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Store Standards: Complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report issues; support store merchandising as needed.
• Returns & Restocking: Pick up returns and restock items from route deliveries efficiently.
• Customer Assistance & Product Knowledge: Help DIY customers in-store between deliveries, locate merchandise, and provide product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
