Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR, Talent & Performance)
Location: Italy
Contract Length: 12–24 Months

Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance modules. We’re hiring for a long-term transformation programme with a global organisation undergoing a multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud rollout.

You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional design, leading workshops, driving configuration, supporting UAT, and enabling successful deployments across multiple geographies. This role is part of a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade HCM capabilities in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Core HR, Talent, and Performance Management
  • Proven track record in large-scale implementations or rollouts
  • Ability to manage client-facing workshops, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions
