Lactalis American Group is seeking a Pasteurization Operator to support the milk processing line. You will monitor HTST pasteurization, control fat and protein targets, and ensure ongoing quality and safety throughout the RSPC system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the standardization and pasteurization of the milk sent to the making/production area, maintaining product quality and food safety, and for monitoring various critical control points (CCP) and operational prerequisite programs (oPrP must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, vision abilities (close, distance color, and ability to focus).

Hours: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm, and weekends required (every 3rd weekend).
Pay: $24.65/hr + $2.00/hr 2nd shift Premium + 20% Weekend Premium ($4.93/hr). Lactalis offers very competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.
