Job summary

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

As a production associate, you will schedule processing and production, monitor HTST and CIP systems, coordinate milk unloading, and ensure safety and GMP compliance in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production environment experience is required.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality control in manufacturing.
• Understanding of OSHA and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule processing and production of product in a fast-paced dairy facility.
• Monitor and operate HTST systems and daily computer/HMI tasks.
• Coordinate CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and report hazards immediately.
