Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a motivated HTST production operator to coordinate daily production operations, ensure quality, and support continuous improvement. You will monitor processes, maintain productivity, and report any food safety or quality issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experienced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily HTST production operation, processing, and filling of product.
• Measure work outcome and processes while taking actions toward continuous improvement.
• Maintain productivity and quality management.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
