Job summary

HTM Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Field Compliance Officer to plan and implement OSHA policies across on-site and field operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is full-time, on-site with field duties, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and pays $30.00 hourly with weekly pay.

The successful candidate will conduct daily site inspections, enforce safety standards, and investigate incidents. A Hawaii driver’s license, OSHA training, and ability to work outdoors in all weather are

Qualifications

• OSHA certified training required.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Consent to Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 80 lbs throughout shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement OSHA policies and programs.
• Daily site inspections across divisions and crews.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Submit daily findings and reports.
• Offer safety solutions and recommendations.
• Inspect workplace safety conditions.
• Investigate incidents or near-misses.
• Manage safety complaints or concerns.
