Are you a talented Director-level professional with demonstrated success in collaborating and implementing a national Data Quality & Compliance Management program for Healthcare Technology Management? Take note... Sodexo is seeking a national Director for Healthcare Technology, preferably based in or near Brentwood, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking proactive, solution-oriented candidates with proven success, who excel at managing a multi-faceted HTM national program focusing on data quality, enterprise standardization, and compliance. If you are excited about staying ahead of regulatory changes, ensuring day-to-day and upcoming data compliance, managing risk, and continuously enhancing quality standards, this is the job for you. This impactful role requires an individual experienced, capable, and committed to influencing and driving critical aspects of the HTM Operations nationally. The role includes serving as SME, educator, advisor, auditor, and quality and risk manager.

This position acts as a resource for implementing and maintaining a coordinated Data Compliance, Quality, and Risk Program for Clinical Engineering throughout Sodexo HTM, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain broad knowledge of healthcare regulations related to medical equipment management, continually updating on regulatory changes.
  • Partner with operational, clinical, regional, and corporate groups to monitor, implement corrective actions, and evaluate data practices and standardization efforts.
  • Develop, update, and oversee data standardization and management policies to prevent misconduct.
  • Respond to violations by evaluating or recommending investigations, and develop systems for handling violations uniformly.
  • Coordinate compliance activities across departments to stay informed of compliance status and trends.
  • Serve as a SME and resource for compliance, safety, risk, and environment of care related to medical equipment management.
  • Analyze audit results, failure reports, and data to focus on education and corrective actions to improve processes and documentation accuracy.
  • Conduct training and audits to assess and improve understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
