Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in the US is seeking an experienced HSS Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers and drive service growth. This remote or hybrid role supports customers while balancing business and team needs, with travel about 30% to remote areas.
You will coach engineers, ensure QHSE, collaborate with Sales to create service offerings, manage contracts and financials, and build strong customer relationships across the US.

As a HSS (High Speed Separator) Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing a team of trusted advisors that support business growth. You will lead a team of service engineers, ensuring operational excellence while balancing the needs of the customer, the business, and the team. This role is also a key connector between Sales and Technicians, driving strategic execution and commercial opportunities. This is a remote or hybrid position located in Houston, TX, Greenwood, IN or Richmond, VA.
