Job Description

Salary Range: $38,000 - $40,700 (depending on experience).

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Enrollment Process Management: Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV Card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets. Answer inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control. Coordinate and conduct enrollment, verify applicant identity, and collect documentation. Manage appointments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Documentation and Data Collection: Collect and document personal and biometric data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Verification and Authentication: Verify document authenticity, prevent fraud, and confirm applicant identity using approved methods.
  4. Data Security and Privacy: Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhere to data protection regulations, and maintain data security.
  5. Communication: Clearly communicate enrollment steps to applicants, provide excellent customer service, and manage escalations professionally.
  6. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation and status tracking.
  7. Compliance and Training: Stay updated on policies and participate in training to improve skills and knowledge.
