Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Team Associate for the Largo Outlet Store. You will support HSN and help facilitate store operations by assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

This onsite role requires flexibility in hours, including weekends. You will ring up sales, greet customers, merchandise the floor, stock and ensure visual standards are met while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift license may be required for some teammates.

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals and process payments accurately.
• Greet, sell and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Merchandise the sales floor and assist with floor moves.
• Ticket, stock and merchandise the floor to visual standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for housekeeping and presentation.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Largo Outlet Store daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals, handle credit card charges and cash transactions along with accompanying detail.
• Greet, sell and assist customers on sales floor.
• Merchandise sales floor/assist with floor moves.
• Ticket, stock and merchandise sales floor to visual standards.
• Maintain designated work area for housekeeping and presentation purposes

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and as business need dictates.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Select retail team members may be requested to obtain a forklift license.
