Job summary

Keller is seeking an HSEQ Coordinator to support the Georgia/Southern region from the Atlanta, GA office. This hands-on role partners with the Business Unit Safety Manager to ensure safety and environmental compliance across the region.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, reporting results, coordinating corrective actions, and delivering safety training. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are preferred to support diverse teams.

Qualifications

• CHST or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1+ year of hands-on safety experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Regional travel required; heavy travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directing safety and environmental hazard activities for the region.
• Assist Branch Manager with compliance of safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed by BU Safety Manager.
• Report inspection results to the BU Safety Manager.
• Assist in acquiring resources for corrective action when needed.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to close unsafe, defective, or non-compliant items.
• Facilitate training for employees on safety and environmental topics.
• Assist in development, implementation, and enforcement of Company Safety Policies and Procedures.

Keller is looking for a HSEQ Coordinator based out of our Atlanta, GA office to support the local Georgia and Alabama Region.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will work directly with the Business Unit Safety Manager with the following:

• Assisting with directing safety and environmental hazard activities for the region
• Assisting Branch Manager with ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations
• Conducting routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety Manager
• Reporting inspection results to the Business Unit Safety Manager
• Assisting with acquiring resources for corrective action when needed
• Conducting and following up with safety inspections to ensure closure of items identified as unsafe, defective or non-compliant
• Facilitating training for employees on a variety of safety and environmental topics as needed
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Company Safety Policies and Procedures

• 1+ year’s hands on experience in Safety preferred

Additional Information

Salary Range : $76,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
