Job Overview

Join as an HSEQ Coordinator at KELLER in Greensboro, NC. Keller is a world leader in geotechnical construction and deep foundations, operating in over 50 offices throughout the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Unit Safety Manager in directing safety and environmental hazard activities for the region.
• Work with the Branch Manager to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed.
• Report inspection results to the Business Unit Safety Manager.
• Help acquire resources for corrective action when needed.
• Follow up on safety inspections to ensure closure of items identified as unsafe, defective, or non‑compliant.
• Facilitate training for employees on a variety of safety and environmental topics as needed.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Company Safety Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

• CHST or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience in Safety preferred.
• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Regional travel required; position may involve heavy travel.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $76,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, and geographical location.
