Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Understand a range of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function and related functions.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs for suitability and changes.
• Support monitoring of injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as SME to staff and internal customers.
• Oversee plans, playbooks and procedures; ensure they are current and implemented.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to meet objectives.
• May establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Impact team and related teams' objectives; ensure positive customer outcomes.
