Job summary

Nox Group in the United States seeks an experienced HSE Superintendent to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide.

You will implement HSE management systems, lead investigations, deliver safety training, and report on health, safety, and compliance across projects. The role requires strong communication and a commitment to a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction HSE experience preferred, or a related degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred and knowledge of craft activities such as electrical, welding, crane operations, and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of site-specific HSE management systems and plans.
• Provide technical guidance to the project.
• Assist management in risk recognition, evaluation, and mitigation.
• Facilitate HSE training and ensure it is tracked.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and report findings.
• Communicate the project’s HSE status to management.
• Provide injury management support and workers’ comp coordination.
• Provide direction to on-site personnel under supervision.
