Job summary

Benoit Premium Threading LLC is hiring an HSE Specialist to support and improve Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across operations. The role involves inspections, incident investigations, and collaboration with multiple departments to implement corrective actions and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Read, understand, and apply HSE policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, SDS, and related documentation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve HSE programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to identify hazards and compliance needs.
• Investigate incidents and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
