Job summary

TNT-Crane- is seeking a Safety Operations professional with at least five years of experience in safety operations. The role emphasizes crane operator and rigging assessments, incident investigations, and detailed reporting to the branch office.

The candidate should read and interpret crane load charts, calculate load percentages, and apply proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage multiple daily tasks under tight

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Safety operations.
• BS in Health and Safety related discipline preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple daily tasks and work within tight deadlines.
• Must be able to perform Crane Operator and Rigging assessments and report findings to Branch office.
• Must be able to perform driving assessments on all TNT Crane employees.
• Must be able to investigate, interview, and record information on all Near Misses and Incidents.
• Must read, interpret, and calculate load percentage using crane load charts.
• Understand proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of loads.

Responsibilities

• Perform crane operator and rigging assessments and report findings to the branch office.
• Conduct driving assessments on TNT Crane employees.
• Investigate, interview, and record information on all near misses and incidents.
• Read, interpret, and calculate load percentages using crane load charts from the owner/operator manual.
• Apply proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of loads.
