ERM is hiring an HSE Program Manager in Northwest Indianapolis, IN. The HSE Program Manager will operate in the gray space between program-level leadership, field-based HSE subject matter experts (SMEs), and construction management teams. They will support the overall program by ensuring alignment, facilitating communication, driving accountability, and helping transform detailed field insights into clear executive-level summaries. This individual will also assist with program planning, budgeting, reporting, and oversight, working side-by-side with leadership to ensure the project runs smoothly. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) limited-term role with a duration of 36 months.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with construction SMEs to gather insights, challenges, and emerging risks.
  • Serve as an on-the-ground representative of the program office, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years program management, project management, operations, construction, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Proficiency in dashboards, reporting tools, and program-management software.
