Job summary

Sanofi invites motivated students to join the Spring Co-op in HSE Process Excellence at our Framingham, MA site. You will support programs, assist investigations, and help deliver training while gaining hands-on experience in process improvement and safety initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in health and safety or a related field, are eligible to work in the U.S., and can commit to a 6-month full-time co-op position with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in real-world HSE program management and safety performance improvement.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Lean/Six Sigma style initiatives and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of HSE programs, policies, and standards.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct safety observations, risk assessments, and workplace inspections with HSE professionals.
• Help develop and deliver safety training content, toolbox talks, and awareness materials.
• Maintain HSE documentation and dashboards to ensure compliance.
• Support process mapping, gap assessments, and workflow optimization within HSE activities.
• Collect, analyze, and present HSE performance data to identify trends and improvements.
