Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. in Conroe, Texas seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety initiatives at the Conroe facility. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence.

A deep understanding of safety certifications and 5S (Lean) is preferred. The ideal candidate will oversee HSE programs, drive audits, and partner with Operations, HR, and Facilities to integrate best practices into daily

Qualifications

• Five plus years in an HSE role required.
• Understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI, and other safety and environmental regulations required.
• Excellent leadership, training, and stakeholder engagement skills to promote a proactive safety culture required.
• Ability to assess risks, analyze trends, and implement data‑driven solutions required.
• Proficiency in HSE management software, incident tracking tools, and data reporting platforms required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift 25 lbs. or more can be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE programs ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other safety regulations; maintain knowledge of laws.
• Develop and conduct employee training programs to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
• Champion and reinforce 5S principles to drive workplace organization and safety culture improvements.
• Develop risk assessments, emergency response plans, and corrective action strategies.
• Conduct and oversee internal and external audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews.
