Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Prescott, AR. You will lead all environmental, health, safety, and security programs, drive safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect operations and people.

This senior role partners with plant leadership to reduce risk, implement ISO 14001 initiatives, and support business continuity. Strong leadership, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and safety program development.
• ISO 14001 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all environmental, health, safety, and security programs for the facility.
• Own site-wide safety KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and corporate standards.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive behavior-based safety programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning efforts.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and distribution leadership teams.
• Develop proactive strategies to identify and eliminate workplace risks.
• Support ISO 14001 environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
• Foster a culture where safety remains the top operational priority.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• ISO 14001 experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Manufacturing and distribution experience.
• Multi-site or regional EHS exposure.
• Experience leading safety culture transformation initiatives.
