Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System
  • Ensure full compliance with UK regulations, Grid requirements, and company standards
  • Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
  • Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Interface with the principal contractor, subcontractors, Grid, and client representatives
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
  • Ensure accurate EHS reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Support the construction and commissioning phases across electrical and civil scopes
