H&MV Engineering seeks an experienced HSE Specialist to manage project-specific safety and health programs, ensuring OSHA CFR 1926 compliance and safeguarding workers and the public.
You will coordinate with project teams, conduct site inductions, maintain safety documentation, and lead safety audits while developing risk assessments and training for contractors on diverse high-voltage, renewable energy projects in the US.

This HSE Speciallist position manages project-specific safety and health program to ensure compliance and the well-being of our client’s employees, contract partner employees, client personnel, and the general public. They will evaluate and coordinate project activities to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by OSHA CFR 1926, company policies and procedures, and site-specific rules and regulations applicable to project safety.
Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
