Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment professional to implement and enforce safety requirements across our plant. The role focuses on ISO 45001 compliance, root-cause analysis for incidents, and providing technical HSE guidance to plant staff.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in HSE or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing or warehousing, and strong leadership skills to guide safety programs and training.

Qualifications

• College degree in HSE or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001).
• Proficient using MS Office, Teams and dashboards for safety reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance routes are completed and updated as needed.
• Serve as shop floor mentor and interface for HSE topics.
• Lead HSE training, safety alerts, and production review meetings.
• Prepare HSE training materials and lead training sessions.
