Job summary

Superior Construction is offering a summer 2027 HSE internship on heavy civil and highway construction sites in Orlando, FL. The intern will assist with implementing safety plans, participate in site inspections, and support THA audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Health and Safety or a related field.
• Strong focus on safety policies and procedures in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing the Project Specific HSE Plan.
• Participate in weekly site inspections and THA audits.
• Assist with training, incident reporting, and investigation documentation.
• Support development and communication of health, safety, and environmental information.
• Attend project meetings and monitor regulatory compliance on site.
