This position is based on the production floor and logistics areas, focusing on daily issue resolution, efficiency improvements, training, safety talks, and investigations of safety-related incidents. You will support continuous improvement by monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and providing timely feedback to management and employees.**What you will be doing*** Investigate accidents, conduct storage and product audits, and recommend improvements to safety programs and preventative measures.* Assist with hazard identification, risk assessments, and the implementation of controls, including engineering, procedural, and PPE solutions.* Perform periodic HSE inspections to ensure compliance with company, OSHA, MPCA, and EPA standards; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.* Ensure required safety training is conducted, maintain Safety Data Sheets, and manage safety-related inventories.* Generate and analyze safety data, support continuous improvement projects, and keep management informed of safety developments and issues.**Basic Requirements:*** Associate’s degree in Safety, Business, Engineering, or related field + 3 years of health, safety, and environmental experience.* Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Business, Engineering, or related field + 1 year of health, safety, and environmental experience.* Master’s degree in Safety, Business, Engineering, or related field.* JD/PhD in Safety, Business, Engineering, or related field* In lieu of degree, 5 years of health, safety, and environmental experience.* In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent.
