Job summary

Medexus Pharma in the United States seeks a Transplant Engagement Manager (North Central) to expand HSCT program engagement across academic medical centers and health systems in MI, WI, MN, IL, MO, IA, KS, CO, NE, SD and ND, promoting Grafapex through on-label education and field activities.

This field-based role requires 5–8+ years in oncology/hematology commercial settings, with experience engaging transplant physicians and supporting product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in oncology/hematology commercial roles or related healthcare.
• Experience with academic medical centers or HSCT environments preferred.
• Proven ability to engage transplant physicians and support product adoption.
• Experience with product launches or field-based promotional execution preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Expand engagement across HSCT programs and transplant centers.
• Build relationships across BMT care teams and stakeholders.
• Support adoption stages from listing to first use to repeat use.
• Coordinate speaker programs, lunch‑and‑learn events, and congress follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Directors and Medical Affairs.
