Candidates must hold Iowa coaching endorsement, strong communication and leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree is desirable.

• Required Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Coaching and/or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Leads athletic program and manages operations
• Develops regular practice schedules for individual and team development
• Coaches players on rules, equipment, and techniques
• Ensures compliance with state, regional, and district regulations
• Maintains written standards of student behavior and supervises athletes
• Coordinates with director and staff on facilities and season logistics
