Job Opportunity: Coach at Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA)

At PLA, our Coaches are essential to our school network. In this role, you will be responsible for all coaching-related activities, developing and sustaining a successful program with a focus on skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, character building, and discipline.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience coaching at the High School or Middle School level required
• Willing to align your mission with PLA’s Core Values

The Campus:

Hogan Preparatory Academy, managed by PLA, is located in Kansas City. Established in 1942, it serves approximately 1,000 students from PK to 12th grade, offering rigorous academics, arts, foreign languages, and youth sports.
