Job summary

Red Bank Regional High School seeks an Assistant Coach for the Girls Softball program. You will assist practices and games, support the Head Coach, and serve as a role model to students.

The ideal candidate has coaching experience, can motivate players, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school community. A NJ DOE Teaching Certificate (or Substitute Certificate) is required, and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Possession of NJ DOE Teaching Certificate (or County Substitute Teaching Certificate).
• Must complete a criminal history background check; meet NJSIAA qualifications for coaches.
