Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of safety-related experience, foundational OSHA knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of safety, health, environmental, construction, or related safety experience.
• Foundational knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for field and management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HS&E activities for assigned projects and operations.
• Assist with implementing safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Participate in field inspections, observations, and audits to address hazards.
• Support incident prevention efforts and investigations as assigned.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, meetings, and training.
• Maintain safety reports and documentation, and assist with data analysis.
