Job summary

Qualifications

• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching certification required.
• Knowledge of TN/TSSAA eligibility rules and coaching standards.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: coordinate tryouts, assess players, select roster, assign positions.
• Instruction & Development: design practice plans and lead training on fundamentals, tactics, and conditioning.
• Game Day Operations: direct team in matches, manage substitutions, organize field setup and travel.
• TSSAA Compliance: ensure student-athletes meet eligibility rules and complete required forms.
• Academic Monitoring: track player GPA and academic standing to maintain roster eligibility.
