Job summary

Withrow University High School is seeking a part-time Boys Reserve Head Soccer Coach to lead the reserve squad, develop a competitive training program, and coordinate game-day operations in alignment with district policies.

You will mentor student-athletes, monitor academic eligibility, and collaborate with the Athletic Director to meet OHSAA and ODE requirements. This position reports to the School Principal and is offered as a Supplemental Annual Limited contract.

Qualifications

• High school coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
• Must adhere to safety and sportsmanship policies and district guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Boys Reserve Soccer Team.
• Develop and train student-athletes to play competitively.
• Develop and execute an effective training program.
• Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the field.
• Manage game strategies and game day logistics.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
