Job summary

Distro is seeking an energetic provider to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and preventative health services. You will conduct comprehensive consultations, interpret labs, and deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience alongside four providers.

Responsibilities include evaluating HRT patients, reviewing labs to create individualized plans, and educating on lifestyle strategies.

Qualifications

• Active NP, PA-C, or MD/DO license.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and preventative, regenerative, longevity medicine.
• Strong patient education abilities and comfort discussing sensitive wellness topics.
• Professional, energetic, personable with strong patient rapport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and manage patients undergoing HRT and medical weight-loss programs (including GLP-1 medications).
• Review and interpret laboratory results to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate and guide patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, and proactive health strategies.
• Foster long-term patient relationships in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
