Job summary
GE Vernova is seeking an HRSG Services & Upgrade Engineer to shape energy infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end HRSG upgrades, retrofits and service solutions for a global fleet, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, collaboration across Sales, Project Management and Field teams, and the use of AI-powered tools to improve productivity and outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of engineering experience in power generation.
- Experience with HRSG, boiler, turbine technology and service projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions with customers, crafting technical proposals.
- Own technical delivery of HRSG service projects and schedules.
- Oversee Bills of Material, part definitions and procurement needs.
- Interface between Sales, Project Management, Sourcing and Field teams.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to boost productivity and quality.
- Support field execution and develop field modification instructions.
- Apply Lean methods and drive continuous improvement.
