ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, documenting and following through from initial contact to implementation, ensuring your new business is up and running. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  1. Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work within a defined territory to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals by implementing a strategic sales approach.
  2. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Recommend solutions that address clients' business needs, and build referral business through networking and partnerships both in person and over the phone.
  3. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand existing accounts and build long-term relationships.
  4. Collaborate Daily: Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients and internal teams, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter: Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, prioritizing, and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Strategic Closer: Proven experience in outside B2B sales with a track record of closing deals and managing territories.
  • Proven Winner: Driven by ambition, able to exceed sales quotas under pressure.

A college degree is not required; relevant experience can include:

  • Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field sales.
  • Military experience demonstrating teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building skills.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build a network and utilize social media for sales.

Salary ranges from $54,300 to $117,400 annually, depending on factors like location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and more.
