UKG / Kronos Techno-Functional Analyst :
- Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications ( time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in UKG / Kronos )
- This role serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements…
- Support and manage time clock ( time and attendance ) infrastructure
- Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems ( must have experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations and rules , etc )
- Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates
- Design and implement standard operating procedures for HR Technology team
