The University of Michigan is seeking a Front Desk Assistant for the Housing and Residential Life. This part-time work study position involves assisting residents with inquiries, ensuring safety and security at the front desk, and participating in community development. Candidates must be enrolled at UM-Flint and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
We are performing updates and maintenance to our applicant experience. As a result, the site will be unavailable Saturday, June 14th at 5pm EST through Sunday, June 15th at 7:30am EST. During this outage period, applications for job postings can not be submitted.

The Front Desk Staff Member is essential to the success of the students in the residence halls. The staff in Housing and Residential Life will be committed to an educational approach in order to provide for the most meaningful experience for our residents. One of the key responsibilities of the front desk is that of safety and security.
