What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the Workday Lead to assist the Project Manager and Consultants with the Workday Recruiting implementation project
- Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates on project progress
- Configure recruiting workflows, approval processes, and business rules within Workday
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans and analyze recruiting data as needed
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
- Proven track record of at least one full Workday Recruiting implementation
- Previous experience using Workday Recruiting as an active recruiting system
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate management, and requisition processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Recruiting certification
- Experience with other Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent/Performance Management, Learning, etc.)
- Background in HRIS, HR operations, or Talent Acquisition
