Good Faith Pay Range: In accordance with Virginia law, the good‑faith hourly pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, skills, and other legitimate business factors.

The HRIS Specialist (Exempt) is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and efficient functionality across all HR-related systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, and delivering analytical insights through effective system configuration and reporting. The position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and may require independent judgment and autonomy in the execution of duties.
