What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee transactional processing, workflows, and audits within the HRIS system
- Provide effective customer service to ensure high-quality HRIS operations and problem resolution
- Update and maintain employee records and HR data in the HRIS
- Onboard new hires into the system and perform audits for data accuracy
- Assist with HRIS vendor case management and participate in HRIS projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with business systems and applications requiring data processing, or four (4) years of experience with HR systems
- Working knowledge of Human Resources practices and relevant HR information systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior knowledge of UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro)
- Experience with data analysis principles
