Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration specialist with 8+ years in HRIS and at least 5 years of hands-on Employee Central integration experience.

You will work with the SuccessFactors data model (Person, Employment, Job Information, MDF/foundation objects) and develop advanced integrations using OData, CompoundEmployee APIs, and Integration Center jobs. Expertise in data modeling, effective dating, and delta extraction is required to ensure seamless HRIS

Job description

• 8+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
• Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors data model, including Person and Employment objects, Job Information, Compensation, MDF objects, foundation objects, picklists, and effective dating.
• Expert-level proficiency in SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, including query development, delta extraction, filtering, and troubleshooting.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
