Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise application development, or platform engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, production-grade systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, reliability, observability, and support models.
  • Experience with API-driven architectures, enterprise integrations, distributed systems, and backend platforms.
  • Experience leading teams using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading or delivering AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or decision-support capabilities in an enterprise setting.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, governance, and human oversight.
  • Experience in leading teams to deploy/migrate custom applications to cloud Azure

Responsibilities

  • Guide architecture, engineering standards, documentation, and solution delivery.
  • Remove roadblocks, manage risk, and support high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Modernize legacy applications, workflows, and integration patterns.
  • Advance reusable platform capabilities, API-first design, automation, and service-based engineering practices.
  • Partner with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams on technology roadmaps.
  • Improve system reliability, maintainability, observability, and operational readiness.
  • Drive modern engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance.
  • Identify and implement AI and intelligent automation opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Follow responsible AI practices across governance, security, privacy, and quality.
  • Lead hiring, talent planning, performance management, and career development.
  • Build a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need (Required Qualifications)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business platforms such as HR, Finance, collaboration, and other corporate systems.
  • Experience with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, C#, TypeScript, React, and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern data technologies.
  • Experience leading platform modernization, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise knowledge systems, AI tooling, workflow platforms, or developer productivity platforms.
  • Experience using Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code (IaC)
