Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, SAP, etc. acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle events in HRIS (UKG), including terminations and separations
• Job changes (title, cost center, manager updates, etc.)
• Promotions and role designation updates
• Upload and maintain employee documentation in HR systems
• Monitor and triage key HR operational inboxes (e.g., HR Docusign, promotions, separations)
