Overview

This operation is based in the US, so you will be required to work from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS & LMS Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for our UKG HRIS platform and Learning Management System (LMS). This role will focus on maintaining accurate system data, supporting reporting needs, assisting with troubleshooting, and helping ensure smooth operations across HR and Learning & Development systems. The Coordinator will play an important role in keeping systems accurate, efficient, and user-friendly for employees and HR staff.

Key Responsibilities

LMS (UKG Learning):

  • Support course uploads, user account setup, assignments, and learning paths.
  • Generate standard reports on training compliance, completion rates, and learner progress.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for user issues and escalate to HR or UKG support when needed.
  • Assist with system testing for new features, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Maintain LMS documentation such as SOPs, quick guides, and training logs.

HRIS (UKG Back-End):

  • Support HRIS data entry, maintenance, and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with employee record updates, data imports/exports, and routine audits.
  • Help generate recurring reports and dashboards for HR and payroll.
  • Provide administrative support for user security roles, permissions, and access requests.
  • Assist with testing during system upgrades and configuration changes.
  • Maintain HRIS process documentation and checklists.

General System Support:

  • Respond to basic employee and manager questions about HRIS or LMS functionality.
  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
  • Stay current on UKG enhancements and assist in applying best practices.
