Location: Chicago - (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Principal Technical Specialist, Talent & Development at a glance

The role involves developing, maintaining, and improving technology solutions for HR to enhance employee experiences and optimize processes globally. It includes mentorship, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and security protocols.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing HR tech aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Assessing and optimizing HR systems and workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and data security.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
  • Developing system configurations leveraging expertise in talent concepts.
  • Supporting change management for HR tech implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Passionate about talent and HR systems, with experience in Workday.
  • Experience with digital HR products, product strategy, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, preferably in HR Tech.
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and frameworks.
